The Daily-Ten Habits were simple, attainable but also delivered quick results. The Seva reminders and posts from other Challengers encouraged me to stick to my plan. And when I did fall off the wagon, they gave me the encouragement to get back on. I’m more relaxed, healthier and my muffin top’s smaller!
